She eats! She walks!

Nom, nom , nom...

Samantha loves to eat! She is on a big pear kick right now and will eat every last piece we put in front of her. Green bean are fun to hold and eat too but she likes to suck them dry and stuff them into her seat. She is all about foods that she can feed herself . Some other favorites have been waffles, chicken strips, and anything pasta! She also loves applesauce and yogurt and insists on using the spoon herself!

New Shoes!!!

So Now that little miss Sammy is wanting to pull up and stand we decided it was time to get some shoes. Sammy was very excited at the store. She saw lots of other little girls trying on shoes and running around. When the sales clerk slipped on her first pair of shoes she was all smiles. We "walked" around the store in our new shoes and Sammy was beaming with pride. She loved her shoes!!! Her walking is really more like high step marching so it makes everyone smile :0) We have also noticed that her balance is a lot better with her shoes on and she has a lot more confidence her her steps. watch out world, this little girl is going to be walking soon!!!

She liked her shoes so much that when we took them off for bed she threw a tantrum and refused to go to bed. She was so angry that we took her shoes away. She eventually gave in when she realized how tired she was from all of the walking we did.
